The House Manager’s main role is to provide modeling, support, and supervision for Direct Support Professionals working in the home to ensure they provide appropriate services focusing on the unique needs of each individual served. The House Manager will be expected to be available on-call and responsive and to serve as a Direct Support Professional when needed. The House Manager will have to work 16 or more hours of direct support in the home before overtime will be approved.
