Position Overview: As the Vice President, Diversity, Inclusion and Learning, within the Equity & Experience team in the Human Resources Department, you will lead efforts related to the design, implementation, and measurement of inclusion and learning initiatives at NYCEDC. In this role, you will play a crucial role in driving employee growth and development while cultivating a culture of equity and inclusion. Through the creation of strategic, data-driven plans, this position will aim to drive measurable impact, build a better workplace, embed inclusive practices across talent processes, and support NYCEDC’s continued evolution toward integrating equity and inclusion into all aspects of the organization.
