Department: 10257 Enterprise Revenue Cycle - Good Samaritan IL ED Arrival Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Primary Hours: 3:00p - 11:30p Rotating Weekends Required: Holidays Required: Requires occasional travel to off-site locations in Downers Grove, Lemont and Aurora, IL. Pay Range: $28.55 - $42.85 Patient Access Supervisor will supervise the activities and daily workflow of Patient Access areas. Works with the managers and director(s) of Patient Access to provide excellent service to the patients. The role is M-F 3pm- 11:30pm and requires occasional travel to offsite locations: Downers Grove, Lemont, Aurora. Major Responsibilities: Assists Manager, Director, AVP in meeting performance goals and standards established for Patient Access Departments. Assist Manager in training of all registrars in all areas of patient access. Provides guidance and feedback on employee performance through rounding, auditing and screening of registration work and various computer reports.
