We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Information Services Supervisor II to play a vital role in the management, development, and future planning of the Library's technology services. What You'll Do: As the Information Services Supervisor II, you will: - Assist in the supervision of the Information Services department. - Help guide strategic planning initiatives. - Oversee and support the Library's technology infrastructure, including the computer network, hardware, software, the Integrated Library System (ILS), and other essential IT services. - Work with department manager to plan for and maintain the Library's computer network and infrastructure and security, including the ILS, hardware, and software. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to system-wide decision-making. - Lead technology training and documentation efforts to ensure staff stay informed and skilled. - Help manage the department budget and E-Rate participation. - Monitor and evaluate services, procedures, and workfl...
