This role is responsible for oversight, monitoring, performance tracking, and provision of technical assistance to ensure all sub-awardees meet federal and state grant requirements. Each Regional Lead may oversee up to 20 or more sub-awardees, depending on award distribution. Responsibilities include conducting site visits, providing programmatic guidance, monitoring compliance, issuing corrective actions when necessary, and reporting regional progress and outcomes to program leadership.
