Operations Supervisor

Job description

As an Operations Supervisor (based in Beresfield) , you will play a critical role overseeing the coordination, supply and movement of hire equipment across project sites and facilities. You’ll lead a busy, high-volume operational environment where transport movements, loading and unloading, safety, and customer service are top priorities. This role is responsible for ensuring equipment is delivered on time, projects run smoothly, and customers receive exceptional service. You will work closely with internal teams, contractors and customers, ensuring efficient logistics, strong stakeholder relationships and compliance with safety standards at all times.
