Job Overview The location of this position is in Chula Vista. Under general supervision of the Executive Director, Chula Vista and in coordination with Chula Vista site staff, this position serves as the liaison to both internal and external departments/constituents on site related operations and academic programs at the Chula Vista site. The position is responsible for managing a wide range of moderate to complex analyst and support related tasks, including operations , financial, facilities functions, space planning and management, communications support and representing CSUSM through various activities. The position carries significant responsibility in implementing short and long term campus facility-related and operational needs, ensuring site continuity, and supporting the development and delivery of CSUSM Extended Learning (EL)/Chula Vista self-support programs. The role serves as the central liaison between internal and external constituencies related to delivery of academic programs.
