For the Service after Sales Team based in the European Head office in Belgium (Oudenaarde), Samsonite is currently looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant. In this role, you will become part of a dynamic team that constantly strives for customer satisfaction and loyalty throughout the full customer journey. You will work closely together with the Customer service teams in our local offices, but also with our repair centers and the logistics department, and with the central IT/Digital team, with the aim to ensure smooth operations. This role demands a blend of effective communication, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric mindset to ensure each customer feels valued and supported. Key Responsibilities: - Answer in a clear and efficient way to any queries from customers and end consumers.
