Hardware Validation Manager for Networking and Signal Integrity

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - 6 years of experience working in a data center systems architecture, design, hardware bring-up and validation technical environment. - 3 years of experience in technical leadership. Preferred qualifications: - Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - 12 years of experience in data center systems architecture, design, hardware bring-up, and validation environments. - Experience in signal integrity concepts and high-precision test equipment for measurements and bit error rates. - Experience managing test teams, overseeing lab work, data collection, root-cause analysis, and improving qualification processes. - Understanding of testing and hardware validation requirements, best practices, and algorithms for data center hardware. - Knowledge of networking equipment, Network Interface Cards, switches, and cabling, plus protocol interfaces like Peripheral Component Interconnect Express and Ethernet.
