Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Design (e.g. interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial), Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - 6 years of experience as a Visual Designer. - Online portfolio showcasing visual design craft, systems thinking, and aesthetics Preferred qualifications: - Experience designing for AI/ML-powered products, complex systems, or emerging technologies. - Experience working in a research-driven environment. - Experience in designing for dynamic systems, with examples of motion design in your portfolio. - Ability to navigate ambiguity and a passion for exploring uncharted design territory. - Excellent communication and storytelling skills, and ability to convey complex ideas simply and persuasively.
