Data Center Mechanical Engineer, Technical Infrastructure

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. - 10 years of experience in engineering analysis, design, and construction for mission-critical facility mechanical infrastructure systems. - 10 years of experience in mission critical facility design and construction environments. - 10 years of experience in mechanical infrastructure. Preferred qualifications: - Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field. - Experience with vendor Quality Assurance (QA)/Quality Control (QC) management and ensuring product delivery meets rigorous internal and external design standards. - Experience with pipe stress analysis (PSA) and PSA software (e.g., Bentley AutoPIPE, Caesar). - Proficiency in thermal and hydraulic modeling software (e.g., Cadence Reality/6Sigma, AFT Fathom, FloTherm, or ANSYS). - Knowledge of construction safety procedures.
