Job Summary: The Supply Chain Associate 1 works as a part of Operation HQ to contribute in implementing ERP processes to increase efficiencies while ensuring Company’s Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) is properly followed. This job includes performing a range of design, testing, deploying, and maintaining general and specific Oracle system developments. This position needs to be thoroughly knowledgeable about all aspects of the company’s operation flows, processes, and practice in order to create and maintain documents such as written SOPs and procedure manuals. This position reports to the Operation HQ Manager. Essential Job Functions: - Troubleshoot ERP system issues that are reported by the branch. When necessary, serve as a liaison between users and software techs. - Test when new developments, patches, and software upgrades, become available by creating scenarios and coordinating the test to verify/validate results. - Help branches by answering their questions and providing solutions to their issues for both systems and workflows. - Create and modify SOPs and other supporting documents, such as manuals to aid branch operations. - Maintain and keep the ERP Portal current to m...
