Description We’re seeking a dependable Porter to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents/guests, employees, and visitors. The Porter supports day-to-day upkeep of common areas, assists with light maintenance and setup needs, and helps ensure the property is well-presented at all times. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain cleanliness of common areas (lobby, hallways, restrooms, break areas, stairwells, elevators, sidewalks/entries). - Collect and remove trash/recycling; replace liners; maintain waste rooms and containers. - Perform routine floor care (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, spot cleaning). - Support move-in/move-out needs (as applicable), including basic area prep, light maintenance, painting and coordination with the team. - Assist with event/meeting room set-ups and breakdowns (tables, chairs, supplies), as needed. - Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or security concerns to the appropriate team member. - Restock supplies (paper products, soap, cleaning materials) and notify supervisor when inventory is low. - Follow safety procedures and proper use/storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment. - Provide courteous customer service a...
