Description Full-time job opportunity!: Pay range: $20.88-$22.81: POSITION SUMMARY: The Program Coordinator reports to the Branch Executive Director with functional oversight from the Association Senior Program Director. Working collaboratively, they support the development, delivery, and promotion of high-quality programs across areas such as youth and adult sports, STEM, arts, family programming, and other revenue-generating initiatives. The role ensures programs align with the YMCA mission, association standards, branch goals, and community needs while driving participation and revenue.
