Location: McLean,Virginia,United States: ***This position offers hybrid schedule after successful completion of introductory period. POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Financial Planning Associate is a hybrid position, with both in-office and work from home time each week. This role supports financial planning processes and focuses on proactive client relationship management. You will work directly with senior financial advisors, clients, and prospective clients. The successful candidate will report directly to the Director of Financial Planning, and works closely with all departments within the organization. RESPONSIBILITIES: The responsibilities of the position include a cross-section of Financial Planning and Investment Managment, including but not limited to: - Prospective Client Support - Participate in prospective client meetings - Gather data from prospective clients - Assist with sign-on and onboarding of new clients - Sit in large meetings to assiste with note-taking when needed - Current Client Support - Prepare analysis for clients, including but not limited to: - retirement cash flow projections - Social Security income analysis - pension plan analysis - education planning - Gat...
