Let’s shoot for the stars: Do you want to take full ownership of a high-impact, multi-market contract portfolio while driving commercial outcomes, strengthening owner relationships, and building scalable processes that support long-term growth? How you’ll be hosting with heart: Contract lifecycle ownership: independently manage the end-to-end lifecycle of ≈ 300 rental contracts — commercial lease agreements, amendments, renewals, and terminations. Lead capex recovery and exit terms directly, acting as Limehome's primary commercial counterpart. Owner relationships: serve as the senior point of contact for all property owners and landlords. Lead conflict resolution and formal dispute management, representing Limehome's position independently and professionally to drive stakeholders to solutions protecting our long-term portfolio stability and profitability. Portfolio administration: oversee invoicing, utility billing, guarantees, and business registrations with a high standard of accuracy and audit readiness.
