Salary: $27.14 - $35.28 Job Overview: Performs outreach and community relations duties utilizing a wide range of activities to build and foster relationships that will engage and educate the community about Hillsborough County Services, programs and initiatives. Ideal Candidate: - Skilled in developing and managing comprehensive communications plans to support department initiatives - Experienced in verbal and preparing written communications including presentations, reports, etc. - Experienced in compiling and interpreting data for reports for various projects and events - Experience in working outreach and special events that support vulnerable populations - Experienced in working directly with vulnerable populations - Strong background in working with managing complex customer service cases - Experience in human services resources in the community - continuum of care for homelessness, human services, and affordable housing resources. - Experienced in budget management for projects, data validation and reporting, and technical documentation. - Skilled in collaborating with external and internal partners on special projects and events - Proven ability to collaborate across interna...
