Job description

Role Summary/Purpose: The VP Sourcing, IT will develop the sourcing strategy, execute the sourcing process, ensure supplier compliance during the onboarding and engagement renewal time periods and negotiate the contractual agreements of assigned suppliers. In this role, you will deliver bottom line savings to the business, manage and mitigate supplier risk as well as business risks and work closely with the IT functional leaders and their teams. Essential Responsibilities: Lead category sourcing (Hardware, Telecom, Network, Cloud) with high autonomy and accountability over buy and cost reduction targets. Develop, implement, and lead overall supplier strategy for assigned suppliers ensuring sourcing process integrity, business protections, optimizing productivity, and supplier performance. Provide leadership to IT functional teams with strong process responsibility to develop comprehensive supplier / buyer contractual relationships to meet the business needs. Leverage professional expertise with Legal and business owners to negotiate and draft comprehensive commercial agreements.
