Company: Mercer Description: Talent Strategy Consultant – Talent Assessment Consultant Position Summary: As a Pre-Sales - Talent Assessment Consultant , you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales cycle by translating client needs into tailored talent assessment solutions. You will collaborate closely with CO C and business development teams to design, demonstrate , and communicate assessment frameworks that enhance hiring, leadership development, and workforce capability. We will count on you to: Serve as the subject-matter expert on talent assessment solutions during pre-sales engagements, conducting client discovery sessions to identify needs and qualify opportunities. Design tailored assessment architectures using psychometric tools and digital platforms, aligning solutions with client competency models and performance outcomes. Develop and deliver clear, compelling proposals, presentations, demos, and proof of concept sessions that translate complex methodologies into client-friendly language.
