Job Description We’re looking for a proactive Process Improvement Lead to strengthen our Operational Excellence team at our new head office in Nootdorp, the Netherlands. You’ll step into a greenfield environment—where your impact can be visible from day one. A key part of the role is simplifying and aligning processes with stakeholders, using strong change‑management skills to reduce resistance and support functions that are ready to progress. You will help bring structure and clarity to a landscape where information is still fragmented and processes are at different levels of maturity. While some documentation exists, overall process ownership sits with the global functions. You will enable them to keep processes current through training, standardization, and a focus on simplicity. As Fugro moves toward clearer guidelines and more consistent standards, you will help build this capability and contribute to a more structured, scalable process environment.
