We are pleased to announce a wonderful opportunity for a Doorman/Bellhop. What will you be doing most days? · Responsible for the meeting, greeting and directing residents and guests · Open doors, carry bags, and provide a guest assistance as needed · Handle problems and errands as they arise · Receive mail and packages from courier services and hold these in safe storage until picked up by the intended recipient. · Stay alert during your shift in order to screen for security · Other administrative tasks as requested by supervisors, such as coordinating materials for events and confirming building or guest information What are the requirements for this position? - You must have excellent communication skills and a customer service aptitude - You must be reliable, highly organized, have a strong attention to detail, courteous, friendly, professional, and amiable - You must be able to lift 50+ lbs Physical Requirements for this Position: This is a physically demanding position.
