Job Title HVAC Engineer Job Description Summary: Title: Operating Engineer- HVAC Responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical and plumbing equipment and systems for the assigned property(s). Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) maintaining a clean and safe working environment, performing rounds, conducting routine assessments, and the performance of day-to-day preventive and corrective maintenance assigned properties. Job Description: - Troubleshoot, evaluate, and make recommendations to upgrade maintenance operations and/or implement cost savings opportunities. - Possess competent knowledge of the use and care of tools and equipment used in facility maintenance. - Respond immediately to emergency situations and customer service requests. - Conduct regular inspection of buildings, grounds, and equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning conditions, preventive maintenance, etc. - Maintain and operate heating equipment, chillers (air and/or water cooled), DX units, pumps, cooling towers, CRAC units, fan coil units, VAV, and air distribution systems, etc. - Monitor and adjust all mechanical/pneumatic equipment, steam vessels, contr...
