Description Position Overview: The role of the Sanitation Professional is a key position within the Facilities Department at Bread Alone. The work of the Facilities Department is what allows the team at Bread Alone to be able to come to work in a clean, safe and comfortable environment. The department primarily focuses on both Sanitation and Food Safety for the entire Bakery. This role requires a focus on detail, the ability to complete repetitive tasks over a long period of time and the ability to work with a team. Cleaners perform a range of duties to keep the Bakery clean, such as mopping, sweeping, dish washing and setting the Production Department stations up for the day's bake. You will also be responsible for performing routine check-ins to check that spaces like restrooms are always sanitary. The Cleaning Professional focuses on completing all assigned tasks, while maintaining all mandatory safety and sanitation standards throughout the building and grounds.
