Job description
With the introduction of the Scam Prevention Framework (SPF) and a heightened regulatory environment, the Group is strengthening how it operates across the fraud and scams domain. The Fraud & Scams Strategy, Governance and Enablement team serves as the connective layer across the Group - providing horizontal leadership across Retail Bank, Business Bank, and key enterprise partners to shape priorities, influence decisions, and drive delivery of the Group’s fraud and scams strategy and roadmap. This team complements the work of our technology and engineering crews, the Industry Intelligence and Disruption team, the Fraud & Scams Response Centre, and CDAO, while remaining distinct in its focus. Its role is to bring clarity, consistency, and momentum across the domain through strategy, governance, policy alignment, risk stewardship, and enablement.
