Pay Range: Pay Range:$31.83 - $44.56 $25K Sign On and Up To $10K Relocation for qualified hire! This position functions within the Behavioral Health Services Department to provide screening, assessment, referrals, and counseling to outpatient clients experiencing challenges with substance use disorders. This position requires an understanding of substance abuse and dependence as well as the necessary interventions that are effective in treating this disease. This position also requires crisis intervention skills, and effective oral and written communication skills for working with and advocating for clients. This position needs to know how to respond to and refer a client who is in crisis, regarding their mental and medical health. This position is also responsible for screening, assessing, diagnosing, referring, counseling, and documenting all aspects of a patient’s treatment needs.
