Job Description: About the Role We are seeking a skilled Manager to lead a team of analysts and subject matter experts. This role involves overseeing client projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes, and fostering a collaborative team environment. You’ll serve as a coach and mentor, manage performance, and maintain strong client relationships while driving operational excellence. This position requires work onsite in our office in Krakow. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of up to 25+ analysts, quality control specialists, and subject matter experts. Oversee team performance, development, and workload planning to ensure successful project delivery. Provide coaching, feedback, and support for team members’ growth and career progression.
