Job Summary: As the Analyst & Associate (A&A) Assistant Manager, you will report to the GIB A&A Leader and work closely with Early Career Managers (ECMs) in Investment Banking (IB) Coverage to ensure the effective management, development, and well-being of A&As. You will help drive initiatives to manage A&A workload, streamline staffing processes, and enhance the overall employee experience. This role is pivotal in supporting the operational and strategic needs of the A&A population, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance with work-life policies.
