We are seeking an Assistant General Manager to help lead a high-volume, dual-concept operation—supporting a fast-paced, guest-driven environment with a strong nightlife presence. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on the floor, understands how to build and lead teams, and brings a strong foundation in wine, spirits, and beverage culture . The AGM works closely with the General Manager and Executive Team to drive service standards, develop staff, and support overall business performance. The ideal candidate is equal parts operator and leader—organized, detail-oriented, and energized by the rhythm of a busy service. This role requires a nighttime-focused schedule and consistent presence during peak hours.
