We are the world market leader for reusable packaging containers (RPCs) for fresh food and are constantly optimizing our products. We help make the food supply cycle for the population more sustainable. With our RPCs, safety for food transport is improved, there is less waste of food and at the same time the lifespan of the products increases. Through our products and the need for less packaging materials we reduce the carbon footprint. „The future is circular“ Key responsibilities: - Develop and lead the European transportation strategy, including contracting models, carrier mix, sourcing approaches, and long-term network design. - Own the full lifecycle of transport contracting across Europe: tenders, renewals, negotiations, SLAs, rate structures, and governance. - Lead negotiations with carriers, brokers, and 3PL/4PL partners. - Analyze transportation flows, capacity, constraints, and costs; identify optimization levers such as lane consolidation, routing, load design, utilization improvements, and intermodal solutions for implementation with the greater operations team. - Partner with operations and planning teams to improve order‑to‑delivery processes, allocation logic, and lo...
