Position Description: PingWind is seeking a BI/Dashboard Software Engineer II responsible for supporting the configuration, integration, and operational sustainment of the systems and infrastructure that host and enable MODES III business intelligence and dashboard capabilities. Typical Responsibilities/Tasks: - Supports the setup, configuration, and maintenance of systems and environments that host O&E and IT, Cybersecurity, and Data Operations dashboards. - Assists with system integration activities, ensuring dashboard platforms, data sources, and supporting services operate reliably and cohesively. - Monitors system health, availability, and performance, supporting troubleshooting and resolution of infrastructure or platform-related issues impacting dashboard operations. - Implements system updates, patches, and configuration changes under established processes to support dashboard stability and security. - Collaborates with BI/Dashboard Softwar...
