As a Claims Corporate Representative , you’ll serve as Slide’s trusted representative in legal proceedings while driving the effective resolution of litigated property claims. You’ll partner closely with defense counsel, claims leadership, and internal teams to protect Slide’s interests and ensure timely, compliant outcomes. What You'll Do: Litigation Representation & Strategy: - Represent Slide as the corporate representative in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, pre‑trials, and trials - Defend, negotiate, and settle litigated claims - Sign interrogatory responses on behalf of the company - Work closely with defense counsel, litigation examiners, and leadership on claim strategy Claims Oversight & Analysis: - Monitor assigned lawsuits and oversee timely disposition of litigated claims - Conduct coverage analysis based on policy language, facts, and allegations - Review records and documentation to...
