BB&E team members provide Environmental Consulting, Facilities Engineering and Program/Project Management Services to Federal and private sectors. Position Summary: BB&E is seeking a detail-oriented Program & Acquisition Manager Support to provide comprehensive programmatic, financial, and acquisition support to the Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC/CXA) at Tyndall AFB, FL. This role supports RDT&E and civil engineering initiatives through planning, analysis, coordination, and execution activities. Job Duties & Responsibilities: - Performs advice and assistance planning, programming, budgeting, and execution (PPB&E) support to build AFCEC CXA’s annual Program Objective Memorandum (POM) submission. - Collect data for project analysis and acquisition planning to the AFCEC/CXA RDT&E mission.
