THE ROLE: As a Designated Services Engineer (DSE) for Portworx® by Everpure™, you will be the dedicated technical champion for our most strategic, high-value accounts. You will provide a "white-glove" support experience, moving beyond reactive troubleshooting to become a proactive extension of your customers' engineering teams. By mastering the Everpure™ Platform, you will ensure the stability of large-scale Kubernetes deployments across hybrid clouds, bridging the gap between customer success and internal R&D.
