Job description

PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Consistent with our Leadership Accountabilities, the Process Advocate is accountable to help establish and maintain process recipes for operating lines to safely produce products that consistently meet codes, specifications, and customer requirements at the lowest cost. The Process Advocate is accountable to continuously improve the glass making process to eliminate waste, improve safety, reduce cost, increase capacity and productivity, and improve the product. Reports to : The Process Advocate is an hourly position reporting to the Plant Technical Leader.
