About the Role: We are looking for a Salesforce Team Lead to guide a high-impact team in delivering scalable, reliable platform capabilities. Reporting to the Engineering Leader, you will bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution by partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Product stakeholders. This is a people-management-first role . While a technical background in Salesforce is a significant advantage, your primary focus will be leadership, delivery management, and strategic stakeholder partnership. Responsibilities: Requirements: Compensation: The budgeted annual salary range for this position is $116,000 to $160,000. Actual annual salary will be determined based on qualifications, skills, experience, and level assessed during the hiring process and may fall outside of the range shown.
