Join Our Team as a Hygiene Operative Team B! - Location: St Mary Bourne, Andover, SP11 6DB - Salary: £15.97 per hour - Annual Salary: £33,425.21 - Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM What You’ll Do: - Maintain high standards of cleanliness across the factory - Clean designated machinery and areas following clear instructions - Respond to hygiene audits and maintain microbiological limits - Support new team members through buddy training - Report any equipment faults or damage promptly What We’re Looking For: - A reliable team player with attention to detail - Ability to work in a cold, wet environment and handle cleaning chemicals - Commitment to health, safety, and food safety standards - Positive attitude and willingness to learn Why Join Us?: ✅ Interested?
