Job Summary The OR Lead oversees the daily clinical activities of the operating room, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered perioperative care. Under the supervision of the Director, the OR Lead supports operational efficiency, serves as a clinical resource for staff, and ensures compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards. This role combines hands-on patient care with leadership responsibilities, fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and excellence in surgical services.
