Description The UM-Flint School of Nursing is seeking to hire an adjunct clinical lecturer for fall 2026 to teach NUR 331 (Maternity Nursing). Adjunct lecturers will work in collaboration with lead faculty. Course Description : NUR 331 provides knowledge and beginning-level skills necessary for nursing care of the childbearing family. The focus is on the physical, psychological, and social needs of women, newborns and families throughout the maternity cycle. Exploration of evidence-based practice, cultural competency, complementary therapies, and selected reproductive issues relevant to preconception counseling. Clinical education provides learning experience in a variety of settings.
