Overview Customer Sales Representative Full-time Hours: Based out of Cheboygan, Michigan: Responsibilities: Why Blarney Castle? JOB PURPOSE: This role will focus on delivering exceptional customer service, while identifying sales opportunities to grow Blarney Castle’s wholesale business and enhance the customer’s experience. In addition, this position will receive and process customer orders promptly and accurately via in-person, telephone, or email. You will facilitate orders for installation, removal, and ongoing maintenance of BCOC services, billing, service complaints, and miscellaneous inquiries.
