Fitness Coach – Orangetheory Fitness Position Overview: Orangetheory Fitness is looking for passionate, high-energy Fitness Coaches to lead our coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked workouts. Our coaches bring energy, motivation, and expertise to every class, helping members push past limits and achieve results in a supportive group environment. If you love motivating others, creating an exciting workout atmosphere, and being part of a team focused on results, we’d love to meet you. What We Offer: Compensation: $30–$45 per class/session (includes base pay plus performance bonuses).
