Description Mission: Seton Home works to break the cycle of abuse and poverty by providing a caring home, education, and support services necessary to transform the lives of pregnant and parenting teen mothers and their children. Summary: The Teen Parent Transporter is primarily responsible for providing transportation and direct supervision to the residents residing at Seton Home. Remaining in ratio and maintaining compliance with TDFPS Minimum Standards and other contracted agencies. Pick up supplies, groceries and other items as directed by supervisor. Copy, file, and complete other minor administrative support tasks as needed. Position Responsibilities: At Seton Home’s sole discretion, and with or without notice, Seton Home may require employees to alter their work schedules to fulfill job responsibilities or handle work situations of an emergency nature. Likewise, at Seton Home’s sole discretion, and with written approval of the Department Head of Human Resources and Executive Director, employees may arrange an alternate or flexible work schedule, provided Seton Home needs can be fully met under such an arrangement. - *Transport residents to and from school, appointments, etc....
