We are looking for a talented English Trainer to be responsible for performing training needs assessments, designing and delivering curriculum and learning materials and for managing all phases of training interventions, as also measuring the efficiency of each training process and improve metrics. As a Trainer in this project, your daily responsibilities will include: ‎ - Strong focus on content creation for training purposes - Adapt currently existing articles and learning materials from a provided knowledge base - Translate requirements into training that will groom employees for the next step of their career path - Develop, design, and oversee training roadmaps/modules, classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids, and manuals - Direct structured learning experiences - Deliver training content through various channels and mediums - Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure alignment with updates and changes - Stay abreast of new trends and tools in employee development - Serve as a single point of contact for all product training and documentation needs - Create learning experiences that equip new and long-term associates to excel through expe...
