Job Description Job Description: Circle K Business Centre is looking for a new colleague to join our team as: German Speaking Logistics Support Team Lead Type of Employment: Permanent: Location: Riga, Latvia: Visa requirements : A valid work permit from the EU/EEA ( relocation assistance is not provided ) WHAT YOU'LL DO: Lead a team of English and German speaking logistics support specialists, supporting Circle K Business, store employees, and carriers via phone and email. Plan, lead, develop, and follow up on team performance, KPIs, employee growth, and team environment. Deliver services in line with operating procedures and established processes. Ensure continuous knowledge sharing within the team. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in operations, and participate in related projects. Act as part of the global team leader group and serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. WHAT YOU'LL NEED: Fluency in English and German (both verbal and written) for daily communication with colleagues in Germany and across Europe.
