The successful candidate will be responsible for the reliability of their team by operating, maintaining and repairing all plant equipment and facilities in a way that achieves high customer satisfaction. All work must be performed in a safe, timely and cost-effective manner. TITLE: Plant Mechanic – Cincinnati REPORTS TO: Area Leader KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Perform maintenance activities in a high-performance working environment on a shiftly basis to ensure optimum utilization of materials and manpower to maximize production, safety, quality and efficiency - Generate and complete work orders to ensure materials are available from the parts room.
