Job Description KPMG’s National Technology in Deals team work at all stages of the deal lifecycle, buy or sell side, offering clients industry leading services in Technology Due Diligence, Technology Integration and Separation and Technology Value Creation . We perform pre-deal diligence to post-deal execution and value creation, ensuring technology, digital, and cyber aspects are considered as part of the deal process. Our team is growing, and we are looking for career professionals ( Senior Consultant or Manager levels) to join our teams to support and lead technology deal engagements, including: - Technology Due Diligence to objectively assess a target company’s technology footprint across applications, data, infrastructure, organisation, financials, resilience, and cyber security. - Technology integration / separation design, planning, and execution including: - Development of technology principles in line with business technology strategy. - Estimation of cost impact (e.g. synergies, standalone, one-off). - Design of interim and target state (e.g. Day 1, Day 2). - Identification and development of TSAs; and - Program mobilisation and execution.
