Overview The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager supports the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experiences aligned with Magnolia Hotel’s boutique service standards. This role assists in supervising staff, maintaining quality control, and driving operational efficiency across restaurant, bar, room service, and event functions.
