Service Manager – Early psychosis, Canberra Join a team redefining youth mental health About the role: As Service Manager, you will provide operational and clinical leadership across the hEP Canberra program. Working closely with the Operations Manager, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality, recovery-oriented services while driving performance, workforce capability, and continuous improvement. You’ll lead the Continuing Care Team (CCT) and the team leaders of MATT and FRT ensuring strong clinical governance, service integration, and positive outcomes for young people and their families.
