Ready to lead the “white glove” customer experience at Team Global Express? We’re looking for a confident, customer-obsessed leader to step into the role of Premium Service Manager driving exceptional service for our highest value Freight customers. This is a standout leadership opportunity where you’ll manage a specialist team delivering proactive, high-touch support, lead senior customer conversations, and work closely with Sales, Operations and offshore partners to ensure premium customers get the service they expect every time. What You’ll Own: Lead and develop a high-performing Premium Service Consultant team. Deliver a proactive, reliable and commercially aware service experience. Be the senior escalation point for complex customer issues. Partner with Sales and Operations to translate demand into service readiness. Work with offshore vendors to plan for peaks, manage capacity and lift performance. Drive continuous improvement and smarter service delivery models.
