RN - Special Care Transport - ED - Full Time - Nightshift 72 hrs. Biweekly, 630pm - 7am Up to $30,000 Sign on Bonus The Special Care Transport RN is responsible for the safe and effective transport of patients requiring advanced clinical support. This role ensures comprehensive communication with the onsite care team and gathers all pertinent clinical information necessary to facilitate appropriate and seamless patient transfer. In the clinical setting, the Registered Nurse utilizes the nursing process, critical thinking, independent judgment, and evidence-based practice to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients experiencing actual or potential health problems. The Special Care Transport RN provides high-quality, patient-centered care throughout the transport process, maintaining patient safety, stability, and continuity of care.
