Primary Accountability IS Technician I is responsible for the installation, configuration, repair and preventative maintenance of personal computers, mobile devices, printers and related equipment. Description of Primary Responsibilities: - Responsible for the installation, configuration, repair, and preventative maintenance of personal computers, mobile devices, printers, and other equipment. - Installs and maintains software and hardware. - Upgrades, repairs and replaces computer-related equipment. - Responsible for providing training and instruction to personal computer users. - Responsible for carrying out responsibilities in the following functional areas as assigned: - Responsible for achieving departmental goals and metrics for functional areas as assigned. - Communicates feedback to the supervisor regarding workflows and policies. - Serves as a subject matter expert in functional areas as assigned. - Performs high-level administrative functions to comply with regulations and reporting requirements to meet department deadlines. - Responsible for assisting the supervisor with general responsibilities and duties. - Purchases computer-related hardware and software equipment. -...
